Southgate Risk Limited is an indigenous Nigerian company that provides a comprehensive range of maritime logistics and support services to vessel owners/operators and to the wider energy, oil, and gas sectors of the economy.
We are fully licensed, registered and insured to operate both on-shore and off-shore in Nigeria. Southgate Risk Limited offers bespoke solutions which are tailored to a client’s specific needs, ensuring cost effective service delivery and client satisfaction.
Southgate Risk Limited has built a solid client reputation since its incorporation on the 12th March 1997, constantly aiming to be the best maritime support provider and lead the way.
Southgate transitioned to the provision of maritime security services in 2018 and has made subsequent investments in a command centre, retired Nigeria Navy personnel and upgraded office space.
We believe that our key strength is the ability to identify and deliver a holistic mix of services, together with a resolute commitment to quality and providing value for money. Southgate is able to provide comprehensive solutions through a wide capability range and the use of state-of-the-art technology and business innovation.
Along with our technical partners, we have a cohort of experts at our disposal. We can provide a combination of international and local specialists to facilitate client requirements. All Southgate personnel are trained to the highest standards, which, as a company, we demand in every endeavor.
Southgate has done several jobs with companies in the oil and gas sector, e.g., VIP Escort Service on the Akpo Onshore Offshore project with Total Plc. We have also done extensive patrol jobs for VITOL.
